What Can YOUR Gift Do?
$350 Sponsors one Parent Evening in any VT community.
Parent Evenings are informal gatherings for parents of children with special needs. Parents get together, talk, share stories and network with one another. Funds underwrite the event and provide childcare and travel stipends for families.  Would you like to sponsor a Parent Evening in YOUR area?

$250 Sponsors one Sibshop in any VT community.
Sibshops are fun workshops where siblings of children with special needs are able to get together, play some games, talk and connect with one another.  Would you like to sponsor a SibShop in YOUR community?

$200 Funds one Family with Family Support Funds.
Sponsor a family who self-identify needs related to their child's diagnosis. It can be used for equipment, therapies, emergency childcare, camp, or any other need as it relates to the child's diagnosis and is not otherwise covered by private insurance or Medicaid. (read more about it)
$100 Trains one Supporting Family.
Supporting Families are trained and matched with other families with children with special needs.  They listen, serve as a resource, and share in their supported family's successes and challenges.  These matches are the heart of our programs.

$25 Provides one Family Care Notebook.
Care notebooks help families track the many details that must be monitored with regard to their child's medical care: doctors, aides, insurance, Medicaid, support groups, resources, and other critical information.  An invaluable tool at the hospital.

$____ Provides Core Support for our organization.
Donations to our Core Support help underwrite all of Parent to Parent of Vermont's many programs and enable us to address emerging community needs.

Clay at concertThanks to TheWayWeMakeADifference.org for arranging for families to receive donated tickets to the Clay Aiken concert this fall at the Champlain Valley Fair; enabling Parent to Parent to distribute over 40 tickets.
"It was my first experience with "Claymates", (fans that go to all his concerts.) I think I found this cultural phenomenon as interesting as the show so I am doubly thankful to have experienced this. The woman next to me asked where I received my ticket, told her Parent to Parent and she said "I bought your ticket!" Thanks so much. Great voice that Clay!"
"We want to thank everyone at Parent to Parent for their hard work in disbursing tickets for the Clay Aiken Concert. We were thrilled to get tickets and the concert was GREAT!  Jagger had a great time as did Laurey and I. While listening to the music I realized how long it has been since I went to a concert - or even had a chance to rid myself of some high-anxiety!
I just want to let you all know how appreciative we were to be able to attend the concert and the Fair."
