Families Advocating for Progress in Education (FAPE)

Families Advocating for Progress in Education (FAPE) is a newly formed group whose aim is to provide high quality training to parents of children with autism in order for these parents to help others in advocating for comprehensive services for VT children on the autism spectrum. These volunteer advocates will be able to provide on an array of advocacy services including attendance at IEP meetings when appropriate.

FAPE initiated with a  4-part training series which included a Supporting Parent Training offered by Parent to Parent.
