1. Parent to Parent staff and Board of Directors and their spouses/partners are not eligible to win inn prizes. All other immediate family members are eligible.

2. The drawing will be held, Friday, December 6, 2002 at Parent to Parent’s annual Partners in Care Conference in Killington, VT. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be contacted by telephone or mail, and prizes will be distributed beginning the week of December 9, 2002. (List of winners will be available upon request.)

3. All ticket stubs and money from ticket sales must be turned in to Parent to Parent by Monday, December 2, 2002 to be entered in the drawing. Do not plan to hand deliver ticket stubs and money to the Partners in Care Conference in case of inclement weather. Ticket sellers are required to return any unsold tickets.

4. Inn prizes will be awarded by matching the winners in the order they are picked with the prizes in the order they are listed. Winners do not choose the prize they prefer.

5. Incentive prizes will be awarded to the top 7 ticket sellers who sell and submit to Parent to Parent a minimum of 100 tickets on or before Monday, December 2, 2002. Prizes will be distributed beginning the week of December 9, 2002.

6. Incentive prizes will be awarded by matching the winners in order of most tickets sold with the prizes in the order they are listed. Winners do not choose the prize they prefer.

7. All prize winners are responsible for following the terms and conditions of prizes awarded (prize expiration date, services not includes such as taxes, gratuity etc.)

8. Cash and checks are an acceptable form of payment for raffle tickets. Checks should be made payable to Parent to Parent of Vermont. (Credit cards cannot be accepted for purchase of tickets.)
