The
Family,
Infant and Toddler Program is a statewide early intervention system and
is organized on a regional basis.
Each of the twelve regions in Vermont
has a host agency, which serves as the central point of referral.
Early
intervention services are an integral part of each region's system of
family
support and early care and education.
