A session at the TASH Conference in Boston regarded Special Needs Trusts and Estate Planning that was presented by Theresa Varnet, a lawyer at the firm of Spain, Spain & Varnet.  Their web site is at www.spainspainvarnet.com , and it has many helpful articles.  Although the law firm is based in Chicago, they also have a Massachusetts office, where Theresa is based.  Theresa is the president of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Arc and is a Director on the Massachusetts Chapter of AAMR.
